- The prices listed include GST and are subject to change based on the size and condition of the vehicle. Additional charges may apply for the removal of pet hair, vomit, blood, urine, feces, broken glass, vermin, and tobacco residue, as these require extra time beyond standard detailing procedures. Rest assured, a fixed quotation will always be provided upon presentation of your vehicle at our workshop for evaluation, prior to making a booking or commencement of any work. ensuring you know upfront exactly what the total cost will be.
- Our prices are carefully calculated based on the expected duration of the service and the level of detail required. Our detailing packages have a workshop rate averaging $100 per hour, inclusive of GST and consumables. This rate reflects the operational costs of maintaining our fixed location, including tools, insurance, and taxes.
- We maintain the right to decline services that could compromise the final appearance and durability of the finished result. For example: Vehicles with significantly faded paint may not be eligible for the Complete Full Detail and may require the Premium Detail or Paint Correction package to get a result.
- As part of our detailing process, adjustments will be made to the seats, steering wheel, and all mirrors to facilitate access and safely move your vehicle in and out of our workshop. Please ensure all personal items and valuables are removed before detailing.
- Our carpark, workshop entrances, work area, reception and office are all under recorded surveillance with time stamped HD CCTV, ensuring the security and peace of mind for both you and our team.
- In consideration of privacy, we maintain the right to disconnect any audio/visual recording equipment, such as dash cameras, while servicing your vehicle. Be assured that our own CCTV system will diligently record every movement of your vehicle while it is in our care.
- Custom Car Care Wagga also reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who engages in abusive, aggressive, threatening or disrespectful behaviour toward our staff or business. We are committed to maintaining a professional and respectful environment for both our clients and our team.
