At Custom Car Care Wagga, we specialise in professional car detailing, paint correction and ceramic coating, using processes refined over 23 years in business.
Our standard workshop rate is $125 per hour including GST. Each service is priced around the workshop time, skill, equipment and processes allocated to your vehicle. We don’t reduce the time required to perform a service properly simply to compete on price.
Vehicle condition matters. Heavy soiling, excessive pet hair, sand, staining, contamination or neglected paintwork may require additional labour or a more appropriate detailing package.
We Don’t Do Cheap Detailing
Not all detailing — and not all detailers — are the same. Neither are the results.
Detailing can mean anything from a quick car-yard style clean-up using silicone-laden products to temporarily mask grime and conceal the true condition of a vehicle, through to deep restorative cleaning, specialist paint correction, vehicle restoration and professional ceramic coating – the difference between temporary cosmetic presentation and genuine restorative and specialist work.
We specialise in the latter. Our focus is on quality workmanship, proper preparation and achieving the right result, rather than completing as many vehicles as possible or competing for the lowest price.

A complete interior and exterior reset designed to bring your vehicle back to a clean, refined and highly presentable standard.
Unlike our Maintenance Detail, the Premium Detail is designed for vehicles requiring a much more thorough clean, decontamination and overall refresh.
This service is completed over the course of a full day and includes deeper interior cleaning, paint decontamination, engine bay detailing and a professional enhancement machine polish.

Professional Enhancement Machine Polish
The machine polishing included in our Premium Detail is a professional enhancement process designed to improve paint gloss, clarity and overall appearance while reducing minor surface imperfections.
We use an advanced one-step polishing formulation containing no glazes or fillers. Using premium modern abrasives, it combines effective cutting ability with an exceptionally refined finish, allowing us to genuinely improve the appearance of the paint rather than temporarily hiding defects.
The result is genuine improvement in gloss and clarity — not an artificial finish created by fillers that simply wash away.
This is not a dedicated paint correction service and is not intended to remove deeper scratches, significant swirl marks, water spot etching or substantial paint defects.
Vehicles requiring a higher level of defect removal and paint refinement are better suited to our Level 2 Correction & Refinement service.
Ideal for: Vehicles requiring a complete interior and exterior refresh, thorough decontamination and a noticeable improvement in the overall appearance of the paintwork.

Our Level 2 Correction & Refinement is our most popular dedicated paint correction service and the appropriate choice for the majority of vehicles requiring professional correction beyond the enhancement machine polish included in our Premium Detail.
This comprehensive two-stage machine correction and refinement process is designed to remove or significantly reduce the majority of visible paint defects while dramatically improving gloss, depth, clarity and overall finish.
Unlike temporary glazes or fillers that simply mask defects, this process physically corrects the paintwork to produce a genuine and lasting improvement.

Paint Correction
Every vehicle receives the minimum level of paint correction we require before installing a Modesta ceramic coating.
The amount of correction required varies depending on the vehicle’s age, paint type and condition.
Our objective is to produce a properly corrected and refined finish suitable for ceramic coating rather than simply polishing the vehicle and applying a coating over existing defects.
For vehicles requiring extensive restoration and our highest level of safe defect removal, our Signature Restoration Detail is the appropriate service.

The Signature Restoration Detail represents the highest level of workmanship offered by Custom Car Care Wagga – a comprehensive, multi-day vehicle restoration for owners seeking an exceptional standard of detailing, paint correction and long-term ceramic protection.
Typically requiring 50–70+ hours of specialist hands-on work over approximately two weeks, each Signature Restoration is approached individually, with the time and processes dictated by the vehicle rather than a predetermined production schedule.
Wheels are removed, the vehicle is comprehensively detailed inside and out, paintwork undergoes our highest level of Level 3 multi-stage correction and refinement, and multiple surfaces are professionally prepared and protected with Modesta ceramic coatings.

Level 3 Paint Correction
This package includes our highest level of paint correction, using multiple cutting, refining and finishing stages where required.
The objective is to achieve the highest level of correction safely possible, dramatically improving paint clarity, gloss and depth while preserving the integrity of the paintwork.
The multi-stage paint correction and refinement process alone can require up to five full days of specialist work, depending on the condition, complexity and paint system of the vehicle.
Why the Signature Restoration Detail Starts From $6,500
The Signature Restoration Detail isn’t an arbitrary premium price. It represents a world-class standard of detailing performed at a master craftsman level, requiring an extraordinary commitment of specialist workshop time to a single vehicle.
We’ve completed nearly a dozen restorations at this level over the years. The finished vehicles and results speak for themselves. What photographs don’t always convey are the 50–70+ hours of skilled, hands-on work required to achieve them.
A Signature Restoration can occupy our workshop for eight or more working days, with paint correction and refinement alone potentially consuming up to five full days.
Custom Car Care Wagga is a professional specialist workshop with the premises, equipment, products, insurance, utilities and substantial overheads required to operate at this standard. Dedicating more than a week of workshop capacity to one vehicle also means foregoing the income that could otherwise be generated by completing multiple smaller jobs.
For this level of service to exist, the time, expertise and workshop capacity involved must be properly reflected in the price.
We won’t rush the process, reduce the preparation or compromise the result to achieve a lower price. If the work cannot be performed properly and sustainably, we would rather not offer it at all.
Signature Restoration is deliberately an exclusive specialist service. It isn’t intended for every vehicle, every client or every budget. It is reserved for owners who value exceptional workmanship and want their vehicle given an uncompromising level of individual attention.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Please read the following before booking your vehicle with Custom Car Care Wagga.
By booking a service with us, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.
Pricing & Vehicle Condition
All prices displayed include GST and are based on vehicles of typical size and condition for the selected service.
Our detailing packages are calculated around the time, labour and level of work allocated to each service, based on our standard workshop rate of $125 per hour including GST.
Vehicle size, condition and the amount of labour required may affect the final price.
Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, sand, staining, biological contamination, tobacco residue, broken glass, vermin contamination or other conditions requiring substantially more labour than normally included in the selected service.
Where additional work is identified during an inspection, this will be discussed before the work proceeds.
For larger, restoration or specialist jobs, a vehicle inspection may be required before a final quotation and booking can be provided.
Payment
All work must be paid in full upon completion and before the vehicle leaves our premises, unless a prior payment arrangement has been agreed to before the work commences.
We do not offer accounts or payment at a later date. Please do not request an account when collecting your vehicle.
Payment can be made by card, cash or bank transfer. Bank transfers can be completed at the workshop using the bank details provided on your invoice.
Please do not request or expect a discount for paying in cash. All work performed by Custom Car Care Wagga is invoiced correctly and includes GST.
We operate a professional, registered business and comply with our taxation and reporting obligations to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). The payment method used does not alter the invoiced price of the service.

Choosing the Correct Service
Our detailing packages have clearly defined levels of work and allocated workshop time.
A Maintenance Detail cannot provide the same result as a Premium Detail, just as a Premium Detail cannot provide the level of paint correction and restoration included in our Ultimate or Signature Restoration services or one of our Paint Correction Services.
If a vehicle’s condition is beyond the reasonable scope of the service booked, we reserve the right to recommend an upgraded service, adjust the quotation or decline the work.
For example, heavily deteriorated, oxidised, scratched or faded paintwork may not be suitable for the Enhancement Machine Polishing included in a Premium Detail and may require professional paint correction.
Results & Expectations
Detailing can significantly improve the condition and presentation of a vehicle, but it cannot reverse all forms of age, wear or permanent damage.
Some scratches, paint defects, staining, discolouration, deterioration, corrosion, stone chips, worn materials and previous damage may remain after detailing.
Paint correction is always performed with consideration for the condition and integrity of the existing paintwork. We will not unnecessarily compromise paint thickness or durability simply to pursue complete defect removal.
Our objective is always to achieve the best safe and realistic result within the scope and time allocated to the service booked.
Additional Work
Work outside the scope of the booked service is not automatically included.
Where additional work, labour or specialist treatment is required, we will discuss this with you and obtain approval before undertaking work that will result in additional charges.
Personal Belongings
Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, child seats and unnecessary items from the vehicle before it is presented for detailing.
We cannot be responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.
Items remaining in compartments, storage areas or the cargo area may prevent those areas from being fully detailed.
Vehicle Adjustments
During the detailing process, it may be necessary to adjust:
- Seats
- Steering wheel position
- Interior and exterior mirrors
- Climate controls
- Windows
- Other vehicle controls required to safely access, clean or move the vehicle
These adjustments are a normal part of the detailing process and may not be returned to their original positions.
Pre-Existing Damage
Vehicles may contain existing scratches, chips, dents, cracks, loose trims, damaged plastics, deteriorated coatings, failing paint, worn interior materials or other defects that become more noticeable once the vehicle has been thoroughly cleaned.
Custom Car Care Wagga is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration or defects that were present before work commenced.
Where we identify a significant concern before or during the service, we may photograph it and discuss it with you.
CCTV & Workshop Security
Our car park, workshop entrances, work areas, reception and office are monitored by time-stamped HD CCTV surveillance.
This provides an ongoing record of vehicles while they are within our premises and assists with the security of our customers, vehicles and business.
Dash Cameras & Recording Equipment
To protect the privacy of our workplace, staff and customers, Custom Car Care Wagga reserves the right to disconnect, switch off or cover dash cameras and other audio or video recording equipment while a vehicle is being serviced.
Our own CCTV system will continue to monitor the vehicle while it is on our premises.
Bookings, Cancellations & Deposits
Some services, particularly multi-day paint correction and ceramic coating packages, may require a booking deposit to secure workshop time.
Where a deposit is required, the applicable deposit and cancellation conditions will be advised before the booking is confirmed.
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Large detailing and coating bookings can reserve several days or even weeks of workshop capacity specifically for one vehicle.
Completion Times
Any completion or collection time provided is an estimate based on the expected condition of the vehicle and work required.
Unexpected vehicle condition, additional authorised work or circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend the completion time.
Our priority is completing the agreed work correctly rather than rushing a vehicle to meet an unrealistic deadline.
Right to Refuse Service
Custom Car Care Wagga reserves the right to decline work where we believe the requested service is unsuitable for the vehicle, could compromise the finished result, or cannot reasonably meet the customer’s expectations.
We also reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone engaging in abusive, aggressive, threatening, intimidating or disrespectful behaviour toward our staff or business.
